Christ Bearer Apostolate is a Catholic lay community devoted to a single mission: to bear Christ to the world in both word and work.
Our name is our mission. From the Greek Christophoros — “Christ-bearer,” the root of the name Christopher — it names the vocation of every disciple: to receive Christ, and to carry Him to everyone we meet.
In word, we publish faithful Catholic devotionals and resources rooted in Sacred Scripture, the Fathers and Doctors of the Church, and the great traditions of the faith — helping Catholics pray daily, grow in holiness, and draw nearer to the Heart of Christ.
In work, we seek to serve Christ in the poor and the suffering through the corporal works of mercy: to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, shelter the homeless, and visit the sick and imprisoned.
We exist to help every reader become a Christ-bearer in their own home, parish, and community. To know Christ, to bear Christ, and to give Him to the world: a faith proclaimed, and a mercy practiced.
